Why I started soul verse
I have always written poetry, from the age of around 14 I suppose. I was also a medium from the age of 3. However, I don’t think I realised that I could channel messages for people until much, much later.
I remember that I was in a coaching group and we had worked together for quite a while. I decided that it would be nice to write some poems for the other members for Christmas and they were very excited by the results as I had seemed to capture the very essence of them.
I realised that what I was doing was viewing their soul or the actual essence of their being, this information was being given to me in poetry form, and thus the name Soul Verse was born.
The information just flows through me, and I don’t really remember what I have written afterwards. The poems mean something different to everyone who reads them and also to the person they were written for at different times in their life. This is beacause everyone has had different experiences in their lives and the same person will read something at one point in their life and it will mean one thing and they will read it later and it may mean something else after they have had more experiences.
The Soul Verse logo was designed by one of the members of the group, she was just doodling around and came up with the wonderful concept of the logo that I have used ever since. It was so lucky to have such a talented person in my peer group at the time.
So, this I just a little insight into how things have developed in my life. What have been some of the wonderful realisations that you have experienced as you journey through your life?
About sue
Sue Warwick is a mother of five and lives in Surrey with her family. She has been writing poetry since the age of 14 and has been interested in all things spiritual from an early age.
Starting in 2007 she began her journey to learn more about her spiritual side and became a qualified Reiki 2nd degree practitioner and a crystal therapist.
Further fuelled by this thirst for knowledge she carried on this quest for learning and finally became a Master NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist in 2011.
In recent months the desire to write poetry has been rekindled but with a twist. Sue regularly feels drawn to write particular pieces for people which often turn out to be very poignant. In fact on receiving one such piece Tom Evans was inspired to write a new book and have it published within 3 weeks of receiving his poem!
Sue is happy to write commissioned pieces for individuals upon request. These works can be carried by the recipient throughout their life and the message contained within the verse can take on different meanings at different stages of their journey through time and space.
